FROM TERNES TO THE BATIGNOLLES NEIGHBOURHOOD, THROUGH LA PLAINE AND PARC MONCEAU, CAMILLE WILL TAKE YOU ON A TOUR OF THE 17TH ARRONDISSEMENT REVOLVING AROUND CUISINE.
She specialises in Paris and its culinary secrets, so she has selected only authentic craftspeople with unique expertise. She will also share many historic tales about the streets you will see, and invite you into their village-like atmosphere.
Camille will take you to meet the following craftspeople and flavours (depending on craftspeople's availability, the tour is subject to modification):
COFFEE ROASTER: discover the ancient art of coffee roasting and the secrets of coffee beans according to their vintage and their origin, as well as the impact of heat on their taste and shape. Then, take part in a tasting that will stimulate all your senses.
CHOCOLATE FACTORY: delve into the universe of gourmet chocolate and discover the secrets of its production. Then, delight your taste buds with delicious creations made by the chocolatier.
DELICATESSEN: meet Claire, a cuisine enthusiast whose shop is full of authentic products from all over the world. Relax in the cosy bookshop/tasting corner, a haven of peace with a warm atmosphere.
WINE MERCHANT: discover wines that the mainstream public has never heard of while listening to stories of independent winegrowers. A unique terroir experience.*
